WORDUP

"Usually I would pass even reading the music blogs that are all Independent Music!!! But this one was actually good because it did not seem like you had to be a scenester knowing the secret handshake to be allowed to read it. They have a good collection of artists from all over the map which is always what I like to see and they have this funny ad running on there site to bring (+44) to Singapore."

Arctic Monkeys Meet Mooch

Mooch IV:
YouTube Myspace Imeem

"Fluorescent Adolescent" video:

The 'Scummy Man' is back! Like a geriatric version of "The Warriors", the latest clip from Arctic Monkeys pits some very pissed off clowns against, what looks like, the cast of "Sexy Beast". Mayhem ensues.

'Fluorescent Adolescent' is the second single to be taken from 'Favourite Worst Nightmare' . The lyrical narration is supported by a striking video directed by Richard Ayoade (The IT Crowd/Nathan Barley) , starring Stephen 'Scummy Man' Graham (Snatch/Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels) and a rather scary bunch of clowns.

Saturna release 'Some Delicious Enemy' and Chart on CMJ Top 200

Saturna released 'Some Delicious Enemy' yesterday and got the news that they have cracked the CMJ Top 200 at number #190. This is a pretty amazing thing since they self-released the CD, but they know that it had something to do with the fact that they've been getting so much love from the blogger and internet radio community.

Check out "Fall" and "Pop Rocks"; 2 tracks off the album.
